St. James NEST’s third speaker series focuses on ways to keep yourself healthy and safe to ensure that you are able to enjoy this chapter of your life to the very fullest. The second program in the series is Understanding An Alzheimer’s Diagnosis and will be held on Tuesday, November 28, from 3-4:30 pm at the Community Center.
