DESCRIPTION:St. James NEST’s third speaker series\, Take the Right Moves for Health and Safety\, focuses on ways to keep yourself healthy and safe to ensure that you are able to enjoy this chapter of your life to the very fullest. The second program in the series is Understanding An Alzheimer’s Diagnosis and will be held on Tuesday\, November 28\, from 3-4:30 pm at the Community Center. \nThe diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Dementia is life-changing and leads to many questions. Hear from other people and families who have been through an Alzheimer’s diagnosis\, and learn more about what you need to know\, what you need to plan for and what you can do as you and your family navigate this new chapter. \nThe program is FREE to all St. James residents\, but due to limited seating capacities\, registration is strongly suggested.
