Born in Kentucky, raised in Indiana, transplanted to North Carolina in 1980. I completed my first degree at North Carolina State University in 1985 with a B.A. degree in Speech Communications with emphasis in communicative disorders then transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Medical Dept. and completed a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1987. I returned to UNC Chapel Hill to complete the Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2009. I am certified as a Level 3 MELT Instructor and am also ACE certified Personal Trainer.
I have a passion for assisting people to find non-pharmaceutical solutions to improve longevity, reduce pain and dysfunctions that can occur in life.
It is important for me to pass on this knowledge and experience to help others live their best life.
